SVP Worldwide, the parent company of Singer, Viking and Husqvarna sewing machines, created a new line of sewing storage and organization products called Inspira Studio. We launched the new brand with a multimedia campaign that included a website, email blasts, web banners, Pinterest and Facebook pages, instructional videos (used on the in-store displays, website and YouTube), magazine ads, collateral material, web design and social media components. I wrote weekly emails for the Balducci's Food Lover's Markets and Kings Food Markets, inspiring customers to try seasonal foods, take advantage of special offers, and participate in in-store events. The two chains, part of the same corporation, had different voices, with Balducci's being a bit more upscale than Kings, but both offer grocery shoppers an exceptional shopping experience that was evident in the weekly emails.
We created an all-new website for Dollar General, freshening and strengthening their brand. I wrote copy for the entire site, as well as weekly eblasts to drive traffic to the site and to Dollar General stores.
SP Richards provides an email service that allows their dealers to send branded emails to their mailing lists. I wrote headlines for many of the emails. The examples shown here reinforced the safety messaging that I'd written for the Safety @ Work catalog (shown on my Print Advertising page) during National Safety Month in June.

Mohawk Home needed a series of videos to describe major rug categories on retailer websites. The Luxe Rug video, shown here, was one of several of these videos that provided an overview to the qualities and construction details of each variety of rug.
SVP Worldwide joined forces with ClosetMaid to create Inspira Studio, an organizational system designed especially for sewing enthusiasts. We created this introductory video, as well as a series of instructional videos for each piece in the system, all available on the Inspira Studio website, on YouTube and on video monitors in in-store displays.

Kings Food Markets and Balducci's Food Lovers Markets are grocery stores run by the same company, with Balducci's being slightly more upscale than Kings. Both chains run ads in regional magazines that are tied to seasonal events and foods. In 2016, Kings and Balducci's are celebrating their 80th and 100th anniversaries, respectively. In the first two ads, we tied the anniversary story into the messaging. The third ad, from fall 2015, is an example of an ad before the anniversary celebration began.
Creative Converting manufactures disposable dinnerware and party décor for every occasion, as well as for everyday use. Their annual and seasonal catalogs are designed to give their dealers creative ideas for merchandising and help inspire customers to plan the perfect party.
In 2015, Augusta Sportswear wanted a new concept for their annual catalog that would carry through to their sport-specific seasonal catalogs. In an effort to go beyond team uniforms, we were challenged to create a concept that would speak to the entire community: teams, coaches, spirit squads, concession stand workers, etc. Our "Every Uniform Tells a Story" concept was the perfect vehicle for the Augusta Sportswear product line. Shown here (top to bottom) are the opening spreads from the full-line catalog, as well as the baseball, basketball, cheerleading and soccer catalogs. Two "breaker pages" are also included, showing how I spoke to specific merchandise categories in the section introductions.
SP Richards is one of the nation's largest office products wholesalers. They produce catalogs for their network of 2,000+ dealers across the country. In Work Life, a monthly magalog, we incorporated editorial copy to engage the customer and entertain them with information that's relevant to the season and the products that are featured.
In 2016, SP Richards began to focus on growing their business in safety products. We produced the Safety@Work catalog, featuring editorial copy that gave shoppers solid information about safety In the workplace. It was designed to educate the buyer about their safety needs in a conversational, yet authoritative manner. The 2016 catalog was so successful, SP Richards plans to double the size of the 2017 Safety@Work catalog.
